Permanent Skill ("we", "us", "our") is a global skill-commerce platform operated by Permanent Skill Ltd., registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for personal information you share with us.
What we collect
We only collect data we actually need to run the platform:
- Account data: name, email, hashed password, country.
- Payment data: handled by our processors (Stripe, PayPal) - we never store full card numbers.
- Order & usage data: what you bought, downloaded, watched, completed.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, session cookies.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver your orders, show relevant recommendations, process payments and payouts, answer support requests, and detect fraud. We never sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your data, and complain to your local authority. Email privacy@permanentskill.com and we reply within 30 days.
